  • Spanish Identity documentation
  • Spanish Bank Account
  • Nota Simple from the Town Property Registry
  • Title Deeds of the Property
  • Loan Cancelation
  • Last Payment receipts for IBI, Rubbish, Water, Electricity…
  • Energy Certificate
  • Community Certificate
  • We will order the Estimated Plusvalía amount (this is the percentage of growth in the value of your property from the moment you bought it until the date of the sale).

Professional Photographs will be taken and posted on our website and Social networks.

We will advise you on establishing a selling price for your property, keeping in mind the status of the property, price of other similar ones, year it was built, situation, etc. For this our team is formed by the best professionals in the sector, people with a great experience who know the market at its characteristics.

Formal Contract that states the intention of the buyer to buy the property and determine the total amount of the transactions, dates and a 10% deposit to be paid on dates indicated. Assistance at Notary for the signing of the title deeds to the property and translation services if needed.

Once the deeds have been signed, pending amounts will be transferred.

Payment Receipt for the Plusvalia will be ordered so it can be paid. (the sellers pays)

In case of being a non resident, we will proceed to do the corresponding documentation for the payment of the non residence tax, this is a 3% of total price of the property.

Finally we will proceed to do the necessary name changes so that there are no remaining services in your name.
