Appointment at office to study what is wanted and what we can offer. We will assign an agent of your speaking language whom will advice you according to your requirements, what type of property you are searching for, what kind of location, price, and any other aspect you find important to choose your ideal property.
Once a certain amount of properties have been selected we will proceed to the viewings, so that you can see everything into detail.
When a property is finally chosen we will ask from the Property Registry for a Nota Simple, this document will tell us all the details about the property we need to proceed with the buy, such as ownership, if there is any pending payments, loans, etc.
Also, if you are not a resident in Spain we will give you a hand on the purchase of a NIE number ( Foreign Identity Number), this is mandatory.
Opening of a Spanish Bank Account (also mandatory).
Advice and help with obtaining a loan to purchase the property if needed.
Once both parts agree and there is a final price we will proceed with a Contract on which buyers manifests his intention to buy this property. In this contract we will contemplate all dates and amounts for the purchase, including a 10% deposit to be paid within the dates established on mentioned contract.
Assistance at Notary for the signing of Title Deeds to the property and translation if needed.
Once Deeds are signed remaining amounts will be transferred.
